Proposed Rule Making - Draft Bingo Amendments
The Lottery Commission welcomes and encourages public involvement at various stages of the rulemaking process, including during early development stages. The draft Bingo rule (below) is being provided in advance of the rulemaking process to ensure licensees and other interested parties have ample opportunity to review and provide feedback on the proposed changes. Please submit all comments to Valerie.A.King@lottery.nh.gov.
The comments we receive on the draft will be used to create the Initial Proposal. Once the Initial Proposal is officially submitted into the rulemaking process, a public hearing will be scheduled, and copies of the Rulemaking Notice Form and the Initial Proposal will be posted to this website. Please refer to this website for updates on this and other rulemaking efforts of the Investigation and Compliance Division of the New Hampshire Lottery Commission.
